Despite a week of high heat and humidity, Brooklyn residents are finding ways to enjoy the sunshine, with many of them heading straight to Prospect Park.
Visitors laid out on blankets, played music and strolled along the paths Thursday evening.
Cyclists zipped by, while local street vendors set up shop to serve the crowd.
For some, the summer heat wasn’t enough to ruin the day.
Ange and Toby, on their very first date, chose Prospect Park for a picnic, all while soaking in the warm weather and good vibes.
The heat advisory will expire Thursday night, as temperatures are expected to ease up heading into the weekend.
